11/01/2001 - AIG Aviation Implements C-Tech/IPPS

AIG Aviation, the U.S. market leader in aviation insurance, implements C-Tech/IPPS to handle their underwriting and claims file management and distribution system.  C-Tech/IPPS is used to format and print all policy declarations, mid-term policy endorsements, and insurance certificates for customers, agents and lien-holders.  In addition, all customer and agent correspondence and claims files are scanned and imported into C-Tech/IPPS web based eFiling Cabinet allowing all AIG Aviation employees and agents to access their customer file information from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
